Warranty Policy

Suncap covers are manufactured using high-quality 3D-printed materials and are inspected for defects prior to shipment.

We warrant that our Suncap covers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Structural failures not caused by misuse or improper installation
  

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation
• Damage resulting from accidents, exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or environmental conditions beyond normal use
• Cosmetic variations inherent to the 3D printing process (including minor surface marks or layer lines)
  

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product showing the defect
  

If a valid claim is approved, we will replace the defective product.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
